Camille De Taeye (Botanique, Brussels, 19-4-2009)

Rating:★★★★★
Category:Other

Today is the last day to check out this exhibit! So why should you rush over to the Botanique to do so?

Well this painter Camille De Taeye is a post-modern Belgian Surrealist and as every-one should know: they are the best!

His works are really captivating and have a weird beauty about them. If you like this kind of surrealism you'll love his works,
if you don't well then you won't ;-p

As most surrealist and fantastic painters he uses the same objects over and over again in his artworks. Some of his favourites are: skulls, wings/feathers, lilies, eggs, saw-blades, farm animals.

It's not easy to find any of his works on internet so check out the exhibit un till tonight 8pm! Info: Botanique

By the way there is also a nice free exhibit in the gallery. This one is in the museum and costs you about 5 euros.
