  1. very nice. Once when i was 16 a bat flew into our apartment in taiwan for some reason, and i caught it up. Having it in my hand. It's so tiny.

    though, at the time i was young, not sure what deseases it might carry or if being bitten...

  5. That all started with the renovation of the Congress Avenue bridge in Austin,Texas...
    Who could have thought that the GW State would also become famous for its bats!!
    ...but that's indeed quite an impressive view! Tens (hundreds?) of people gathering at dusk time to see the cloud of bats taking off from under that bridge. I'm obviously not mentioning the smell when walking under that same bride, simply imagine what 1.5 millions of bats could produce ;-)
